A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and final payment is due 2 months prior to your arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer (sterling or Euro) or personal cheque made payable to RL & PJ Godwin. Once you have completed the booking form, then printed and read the terms & conditions please sign the form and post it to the address supplied on the form. Signing the form is confirmation that all the details provided are correct at the time of booking and that you understand the terms & conditions.
A first receipt will be issued, stating what has been deposited, the remaining amount owed and the date it is due by, then a final receipt will be sent upon receiving the final payment. Key codes and a welcome letter will be sent 2-3 weeks before your holiday.
Long Winter lets available at €500/£400 per month excluding water and electricity rates. The pool can be kept running at an additional cost, please email with proposed length of stay for a quotation. There is no central heating within the villa, the air conditioning units blow warm air and there are electric heaters if it gets chilly in the evenings.
